What is the Tumeri return policy?

TUMERI has a 30 day return policy. This means all products can be returned within 30 days after your order arrives(SHIPS/IS PLACED?).

Making a return will only take these 2 simple steps. 

Find your Order ID in the order confirmation email you received when you made this purchase. It will look something like this: (ex. 123-4567891-2345678) (CORRECT ID FORMAT

Items ordered and paid for will ship after 1–3 business days, unless an Express Shipping Option is selected. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. 

We primarily ship through USPS, though other carriers may be used. After leaving our shipping facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If you have any problems with your order (lost shipment, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We are committed to assisting our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 72 hours of order delivery.
